MITCHELL (Blackrock, Cork): On August 29th, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of St. Luke’s Home, SHEILA (née Foley), beloved wife of the late Peter, loving mother of Gail, Nessa, Peter and Ian, dear sister of Angela, David, Mary, Pauline, Michael, Carmel and the late Joe and Rosarie.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Donal O’Riordan, Iain O’Connell, daughter-in-law, Marina Jannetta, her adored grandchildren Seán, Peter, David, Eoin, Kieran, Rónán, Daniel, great-grandson Oisín, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Tuesday (September 1st) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (September 2nd) in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock which will be live streamed
