Chairperson: Emerita Prof. Máire Mulcahy, School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences, UCC. The Seminar will involve three talks on (1) the ecological spirituality of the encyclical, (2) the ecological problems it explores, and (3) the practical actions it proposes. There will be time for questions, discussions and sharing of experiences. Donal Dorr DD is a theologian and missionary priest who has served as a consultor to the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace. He is the author of many books, including Option for the Poor and for the Earth: Catholic Social Teaching and the award-winning Spirituality and Justice. Seminar Free.
